Hand-harvested from clay-rich vineyards in Canelones, the grapes are co-fermented using native yeasts and undergo a gentle short maceration before tank aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfites, Nakcool brings natural wine ethos directly to the glass.
