The best
Everyone at my dinner party thought the Tannat was very good. I would buy it again.
First off, I did not come into this with the expectation of being blown away, but after my initial order of the red wine collection trio, I was taken aback by the exquisite taste of the Coastal Tannat. At the time I took my first sip, I was watching a football match, but it felt as though I was immediately transported to the coast of Uruguay next to Suarez, Forlan, and Cavani, sipping on the countries finest red blend. The richness of the wine, coupled with the red fruits and soft tannins make for an experience that one must savor every time they pour themselves a glass. My only regret with this wine is not buying one sooner, and not ordering more.
We loved it. Low tannins which we like and fabulous fruit notes make this a wonderful, drinkable wine with fish or meats. A very, very good wine. We were trying to guess the grape as the wine tasted like a very good Malbec blend.
