Procedente de los suelos arcillo-calcáreos de Cuchilla Pereira en Montevideo, la familia Traversa presenta un Sauvignon Blanc que combina frescura con una sutil complejidad. Las uvas cosechadas a mano se fermentan en frío en acero inoxidable, y una pequeña parte se añeja en barricas nuevas de roble americano, lo que aporta una suave redondez al perfil brillante del vino.

Aromas de manzana verde, cítricos y hierbas frescas se despliegan en la copa, dando lugar a un paladar ligero y refrescante con una acidez vivaz y un final limpio. Equilibrado con un toque de roble, este Sauvignon Blanc es vibrante pero suave, ideal para acompañar mariscos, sushi, sashimi o para disfrutar frío como aperitivo.

Desde 1956, la familia Traversa ha cuidado sus viñedos a lo largo de tres generaciones, elaborando vinos que reflejan el terroir marítimo de Uruguay con autenticidad y cuidado.

Familia Traversa, Montevideo & Canelones, Uruguay. For more than a century, Familia Traversa has been crafting wines that reflect Uruguay's everyday wine culture. Sourcing fruit from vineyards surrounding Montevideo and neighboring Canelones, the winery benefits from the cooling influence of the Río de la Plata and the Atlantic Ocean.
