Dominio Cassis, Lomas de Paloma, Rocha, Uruguay. Nestled in the rugged hills of Lomas de Paloma in Uruguay's Rocha department, Dominio Cassis is one of the country's closest vineyards to the Atlantic Ocean. Cool maritime breezes, rocky soils, and long growing seasons shape wines with remarkable freshness, vibrant acidity, and unmistakable coastal character.
