🚨 Please Note: At this time, we only ship wine within the State of Florida. 🚨
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of Florida will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Eligibility
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21. All deliveries require the signature of an adult (21+). Carriers will not leave packages unattended, and multiple delivery attempts may be made.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped via licensed carriers authorized to transport alcoholic beverages in Florida. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions, or severe weather), processing may take longer.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and location within Florida. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Weather Holds
Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect your order, we may hold shipments during periods of severe heat or cold and notify you by email of any delays.
Failed Deliveries & Reshipments
If delivery is attempted and no adult is available to sign, carriers may make up to 3 attempts. If the shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds for undeliverable orders will be issued less original shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@uruguaywineco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location within Florida. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
