Are your wines organic or vegan?

A Certified Organic section is launching Fall 2025. Many wines are naturally low-intervention, but official certifications will be clearly marked.

Are these wines any good?

Absolutely. Our winemakers include award-winning producers like Bodega Garzón (named New World Winery of the Year), Familia Deicas, and Cerro Chapeu. These aren’t mass-market wines—every bottle has earned its place in our collection.

What’s the deal with pre-orders?

Our wines are in high demand and small supply. You’ll see some marked as “Reserve Now – Ships Upon Arrival.” These are limited releases expected to ship starting Sept 15. You won’t be charged until your order is confirmed.

Can I build my own wine box?

Yes! Just choose any 3 bottles or more to start. You can mix and match, or shop our pre-curated sets for themed collections (e.g., all-red, vineyard spotlight, summer-ready).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

Do you ship outside Florida?

Yes! We currently ship to 42 states and are currently working to ship to Puerto Rico.

Yes, local customers can schedule pickup from our HQ in Tarpon Springs. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time by appointment.

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See detailed policy here.

Do you have a wine club or subscription?

Not yet. For now, you can build your own box or explore our seasonal 3-bottle sets. We recommend joining our newsletter for first access to new wines and Uruguayan culture features.

What are Cellar Points?

Cellar Points is our loyalty program. You earn 5x points per dollar, get bonus points for birthdays and signups, and can redeem points for future discounts. It’s our way of saying gracias.
