Description

Pale greenish-yellow in the glass. Crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown under the cooling influence of Atlantic breezes, this Sauvignon Blanc reflects the elegance and minerality of Garzón’s coastal terroir. It opens with intense citrus, white flower aromas, and a touch of herbal freshness. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with excellent mid-palate texture and a refreshing saline finish that leaves the mouth tingling.

  • Origin: Carefully selected vineyard plots influenced by ocean breezes

  • Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks

  • Aging: Short lees contact to enhance structure

  • Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
