Refund policy
Returns
Because we sell alcoholic beverages, returns are limited. We cannot accept returns of wine for reasons of general preference or once bottles have been opened. However, we stand behind our selections and want you to feel confident ordering from us.
You may request a return or replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@uruguaywineco.com with photos and details of the issue. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
One-Time Taste Replacement
We know trying new wines can be a journey. As a courtesy, each customer is eligible for one (1) taste-preference replacement per calendar year. If you receive a wine that doesn’t suit your palate:

We’ll provide a comparable replacement wine (subject to availability) at no charge.

This replacement is limited to a single occasion per customer, and the original bottle does not need to be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your order qualifies under our returns or one-time taste replacement, we will arrange for a replacement bottle of equal or lesser value.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
