Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at support@uruguaywineco.com.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.

At checkout, we may collect a deposit or store your payment method for future charge.

Once inventory becomes available, we will fulfill and charge the balance of your order.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of any deposit paid.

If the pre-order has already shipped, it is no longer cancellable, but you may still request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you select a try-before-you-buy item, we will authorize (but not immediately charge) your payment method prior to fulfillment.

You will have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the item.

If you choose to return the item within the trial period, your payment method will not be charged.

If the trial period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase price.
