Crafted from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Malbec, the wine combines the elegance and freshness of Pinot Noir with the fruit-forward charm of Malbec. A short four-hour maceration creates its delicate salmon-pink hue while preserving vibrant aromatics and crisp acidity. Fermented in stainless steel, the focus remains squarely on purity, freshness, and varietal expression.
Pale pink in color with subtle salmon reflections, the nose reveals fresh strawberry, watermelon, cherry, soft citrus, and delicate white floral notes.
