The Cavani Premium Cabernet Franc was created to showcase one of Uruguay's most compelling red varieties through the lens of place, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Co-created by Edinson Cavani alongside respected Uruguayan wine families, this wine reflects the pride and cultural identity at the heart of the Cavani project.

Sourced from Punta de Manga in rural Montevideo, the vineyard benefits from the moderating influence of the Río de la Plata, where coastal breezes and sandy soils help create fruit of remarkable balance and concentration. The grapes are hand-harvested from the estate's mother vineyard and crafted using traditional winemaking methods, including cold pre-fermentation maceration, gentle remontage, and twelve months of aging in French oak barrels.

Deep garnet in color with subtle bluish reflections, the wine opens with concentrated aromas of dried plum, tobacco, and licorice. The palate is structured and expressive, combining richness and freshness with a long, graceful finish that lingers long after the final sip. Elegant yet powerful, it captures the refined side of Uruguay's winemaking tradition.
