Bizarra Amphora is a minimal-intervention Tannat from Progreso in Canelones, fermented with indigenous yeasts in clay amphora. It is an ancient vessel used with a modern purpose: preserving purity, energy and a vivid sense of place.
Dark berries lead into earthy clay and cocoa notes, while an unexpected current of freshness keeps the wine lively and remarkably drinkable. Powerful enough for Tannat lovers, but pure and lifted enough to surprise them.
